Known to everyone around the world for its tea plantations, Darjeeling is one of India’s most visited hill stations. If you’re planning a trip to Darjeeling try to make it to the hill station between March-May or September-November. It is best that the hill stations be avoided during the monsoons due to the very heavy rains its gets.

While at Darjeeling, it is a must that you visit Kalimpong that is located across the river Teesta. Mirik is another wonderfully tranquil place in Darjeeling, that is surrounded by the finest of Mother Nature’s creations.
